Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of bluepro.shop and any purchase you make from BLUE PRO LTD (trading as BluePro). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The store is not for use by anyone under 13. Customers aged 13–17 may only order with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the order. By ordering you confirm you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

BluePro sells durable jobsite gear packed into scenario kits — workwear, tool storage, hand-protection accessories, hydration, marking tools and cleanup gear. Kit contents, images and specifications are described as accurately as possible; minor variation in finish, colour or included counts may occur between production batches.

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are for one-time purchase unless described as a membership. We may update pricing, availability and kit contents at any time.

BluePro kits are durable workwear, storage and comfort gear. They are not certified personal protective equipment (PPE), and we make no claim that any item meets a protection rating — including cut, impact, flame, dust or electrical ratings.

Where a task involves electrical, working-at-height, dust, machinery or other risk, you are responsible for assessing it against the regulations that apply where you work and for using appropriately certified protective equipment. Product descriptions do not constitute safety instruction or a substitute for professional judgement.

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. If a price or availability error is found before dispatch, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Crew and Pro Crew are recurring benefit subscriptions that apply member pricing and perks while active. They are not points, credit or stored value, and benefits do not roll over or convert to cash. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal; benefits end at the close of the paid period. See our Refund & Returns Policy for subscription cancellation.

You agree not to misuse the site, resell counterfeit goods, or represent our products as certified safety equipment. Full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy.

All site content, branding, kit names and imagery are owned by BLUE PRO LTD or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission. Content you submit is covered by our Content License.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for loss arising from use of products outside their intended purpose or without appropriate certified protective equipment.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
