01How long will my order take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Domestic delivery is typically 3–7 business days and international 7–20 business days after dispatch. Full detail is in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

02What currency are prices in?

Every price on the store is in US dollars (USD), including one-time kit purchases and memberships.

03Can I return a kit?

Yes — unused kits in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Opened kits are assessed per item, and hygiene items such as socks and base layers can't be returned once used unless faulty.

04Are BluePro kits certified safety equipment?

No. Our kits are durable workwear, storage and comfort gear. They are not certified PPE and carry no protection ratings. Use appropriately certified protection for any hazardous task.

05How does membership work?

Crew and Pro Crew are benefit subscriptions that apply member pricing and perks while active. They're not points or stored value, and you can cancel anytime through the customer portal.

06How do I pay?

Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — only the delivery and billing information needed to fulfil your order.
