01Where we ship
BluePro ships worldwide. Kits are dispatched from our fulfilment partners and delivered by established courier and postal carriers. Some remote destinations may be excluded or incur an adjusted rate, which is always shown before you pay.
02Shipping rates
Standard shipping is a flat USD rate calculated at checkout. Active Crew and Pro Crew members receive free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Any duties or import taxes for international deliveries are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
03Processing and delivery times
- Order processing: 1–3 business days after payment clears.
- Domestic delivery: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- International delivery: typically 7–20 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.
04Tracking and carriers
Once your order is dispatched you receive a tracking reference by email. Ownership and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
05Delays, loss and damage
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or customs, but we will help you resolve any problem. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact support@bluepro.shop with your order reference and photos where relevant and we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.
06Delivery address accuracy
Please check your delivery address at checkout. We ship to the address you provide; we cannot redirect a parcel once dispatched, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect address may incur re-delivery costs.
